Can this replace a full-time Scrum Master or Business Analyst?

What is included in the Agile Delivery Reset?

The Agile Delivery Reset is a highly focused, short-term stabilization engagement (typically 4–6 weeks) designed to clear execution bottlenecks. It includes an intensive backlog cleanup, workflow/ceremony reviews, sprint stabilization, stakeholder alignment, and immediate delivery visibility improvements to reset a struggling roadmap.

What is the difference between Delivery Foundations and Delivery Scaling?

• Delivery Foundations: Focused primarily on team-level sprint mechanics, backlog flow, predictable delivery cycles, and standardizing Agile execution consistency.

• Delivery Scaling: Adds deeper involvement in complex requirements management, cross-team alignment, product priority coordination, executive dashboards, and broader cross-functional operational support.

Do you work with our data systems or fix data pipelines?

We can leverage your existing data systems to build reporting, operational dashboards, and delivery tracking visualizations (using tools like SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or Workday). However, we do not build, fix, or maintain core data engineering pipelines, infrastructure, or database reliability. System-level data integrity remains the responsibility of your internal engineering teams.

Is support structured per project or per team?

Engagements are structured around dedicated fractional capacity embedded within a specific product or engineering track rather than being tied to a rigid, fixed project scope. This ensures complete continuity across continuous deployment cycles and changing product priorities.

Are long-term contracts required?

No. We prefer to keep our model agile. Ongoing monthly fractional packages operate on a flexible month-to-month basis and can be modified or canceled with 15 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle. One-time stabilization projects are structured around a transparent, flat fixed fee.

Do you provide software development services?

No. We do not provide software engineering, QA, infrastructure automation, or traditional development outsourcing. Our core expertise is strictly focused on embedded Agile delivery execution, sprint coordination, requirements clarity, and executive-level visibility support.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. All engagements are delivered remotely using your existing collaboration and product management stacks (such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Slack, Teams, Notion, and similar platforms). We support remote and hybrid teams across Canada and the United States.
