These Engagement Terms govern the consulting services and website usage provided by Tinocorp Solutions Inc. DBA Tinocorp (“tinocorp”, "Tinocorp", “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using this website or engaging our services, you (“Client” or “User”) agree to the terms outlined below.

Services

Tinocorp provides embedded fractional delivery support for Agile software, product development, and enterprise third-party SaaS implementation teams focused on improving execution, backlog structure, stakeholder alignment, and delivery visibility.

Our services may include:

  • Agile delivery coordination and sprint support

  • backlog organization and refinement

  • requirements clarification and delivery structuring

  • stakeholder alignment and communication support

  • delivery tracking, reporting, and KPIs

  • workflow improvement and execution stabilization

  • Multi-vendor alignment and third-party SaaS integration tracking

  • short-term embedded support for delivery stabilization or capacity gaps

Services are delivered within client workflows as embedded, fractional support engagements.

Engagement Model

We operate through three tailored service tracks:

Agile Delivery Foundations

Fractional embedded support for Agile execution and delivery structure.

Agile Delivery Scaling

Fractional embedded support for execution consistency, alignment, and delivery visibility.

Agile Delivery Reset

Fixed-term intensive engagement focused on delivery stabilization and system reset.

Engagement scope, capacity, timelines, and pricing are defined in proposals or written agreements.

Billing & Payments
  • Agile Delivery Foundations and Agile Delivery Scaling are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed.

  • Agile Delivery Reset is billed as a fixed-fee engagement.

  • Invoices are payable according to agreed terms in each engagement.

  • All pricing is in USD unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation & Termination

For monthly engagements:

Either party may terminate with 15 days written notice before the next billing cycle.

For fixed-fee engagements (Delivery Reset):

Termination terms are defined in the specific SOW, typically tied to milestones or engagement phases.

Tinocorp may suspend services in cases of:

  • non-payment

  • breach of agreement

  • misuse of services

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • providing access to tools, systems, and workflows

  • ensuring stakeholder availability for coordination and alignment

  • maintaining timely communication for delivery decisions

  • participating in planning and review sessions

  • providing accurate and relevant delivery context

Delays in access or stakeholder participation may impact delivery outcomes.

Data & System Dependencies

Our services depend on active collaboration, access to systems, and stakeholder participation.

Unless explicitly agreed in an active Statement of Work (SOW), Tinocorp does not:

  • perform direct software engineering, coding, or QA testing work

  • act as full-time project management or engineering leadership

  • assume liability for third-party SaaS software performance, outages, or platform limitations

  • replace internal organizational accountability structures

Delivery outcomes depend on organizational participation, decision-making, and execution capacity.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Clients retain ownership of all internal systems, data, and workflows

  • Tinocorp retains ownership of its frameworks, methods, templates, and operational approaches

Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed unless:

  • authorized by the client

  • required by law

  • necessary to deliver services

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Tinocorp supports improvements in:

  • delivery execution consistency

  • backlog clarity

  • stakeholder alignment

  • delivery visibility and reporting

However, no specific business, operational, or technical outcomes are guaranteed.

Results depend on:

  • internal execution quality

  • stakeholder engagement

  • technical implementation

  • organizational maturity

Limitation of Liability

Tinocorp Solutions Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or website.

Website Usage & Cookies

Users consent to non-personal analytics collection.
